WI-FI SERVICE
Interstate Telecommunications and the property where this service is provided make wireless internet access available to authorized users at this location. Service availability, speed, performance, and coverage may vary based on equipment, signal strength, network demand, internet provider service, device capability, and other conditions.
This service provides access to the internet. Interstate Telecommunications and the property do not control, review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, reliability, or quality of any content, website, communication, product, service, file, or material available through the internet.
You understand that internet content may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for your own use of the internet while connected to this service.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your device or account while using this service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the network, other users, the property, Interstate Telecommunications, internet service providers, or third parties.
You are responsible for securing your own devices, accounts, passwords, files, communications, and data. This Wi-Fi service is a shared network, and Interstate Telecommunications does not guarantee the privacy, security, confidentiality, or integrity of any information transmitted over the service.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use this service, or allow anyone else to use this service, for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
1. Downloading, uploading, sharing, streaming, distributing, or accessing content in violation of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, licensing, or other intellectual property rights.
2. Using BitTorrent, peer-to-peer file sharing, piracy services, unauthorized media-sharing tools, or any similar service that may be used to distribute copyrighted or unlawful material.
3. Accessing, transmitting, storing, or distributing illegal, obscene, exploitative, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
4. Sending spam, phishing messages, fraudulent communications, bulk unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any device, account, system, server, service, network, or data.
6. Scanning, probing, attacking, disrupting, overloading, bypassing, or interfering with any network, device, security system, or service.
7. Introducing or distributing malware, viruses, botnets, ransomware, spyware, worms, or any other harmful code.
8. Using the service to hide, disguise, or misrepresent your identity, location, device, or activity for unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
9. Circumventing content filters, security controls, bandwidth limits, access controls, captive portal requirements, or other network protections.
10. Using the service in any way that generates abuse complaints, legal notices, copyright infringement notices, security alerts, excessive traffic, network instability, or violations of the service provider's acceptable use policy.
FILTERING, MONITORING, AND ACCESS CONTROL
To protect the network, users, the property, and the internet service account, Interstate Telecommunications and the property may use security tools, content filtering, DNS filtering, firewall rules, traffic management, bandwidth limits, device isolation, logging, and other network controls.
These controls may block, limit, log, or restrict access to certain websites, services, applications, devices, ports, protocols, or traffic categories. This may include, but is not limited to, malware, phishing, botnets, adult content, piracy, peer-to-peer file sharing, proxy services, VPN services, anonymizers, high-risk domains, or other content or activity associated with abuse or AUP violations.
No filtering system is perfect. Some content may be blocked incorrectly, and some harmful or prohibited content may not be blocked. You remain responsible for your own activity even if a website, service, application, or protocol is not blocked by the network.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Interstate Telecommunications and the property may block, limit, suspend, or terminate access to this service at any time, with or without notice, if a device, user, account, or activity appears to violate these terms, threaten network security, interfere with service, generate complaints, create legal or operational risk, or violate the acceptable use policy of an internet service provider.
NO WARRANTY
This service is provided "as is" and "as available." Interstate Telecommunications and the property make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, speed, reliability, security, privacy, compatibility, or uninterrupted access.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using this service, you agree that Interstate Telecommunications and the property are not responsible for any loss, damage, claim, liability, data loss, security issue, device issue, service interruption, content exposure, third-party action, or consequence arising from your use of the service or inability to use the service.
